This challenge is for anyone simply looking to eat healthy, whole foods while managing their busy weekly schedules.

I provide 3 full weeks of menus (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks!), simple recipes for each meal, weekly shopping lists, and full support along the way. You'll have access to the food journal to log your meals and get a full detailed picture of the nutrients you are getting each week, as well as support from the group! We meet virtually a few times throughout the challenge to cheer each other on and we stay in touch via a group chat throughout each week.
